Cross Builders have just fitted the last piece of stone to the earthquake damaged St Peter''s church in Folkestone, concluding months of planning the repair and rebuilding works.
Stonework fell, roof rafters were pulled away from walls and 3 metre long cracks opened up the masonry. Helifix HeliBar and BowTie HD lateral restraints were the only option.
From start to finish the overall costs for all earthquake repairs were £35,000 as opposed to the estimated re-building cost of £140,000 if the Helifix system had not been selected. |

Helifix has a permanent display at BuildStore, the National Self Build & Renovation Centre which opened on 9th February in Swindon, just off Junction 16 of the M4.
The Centre contains everything under one roof required by those planning to build their own homes or undertake major refurbishment of an existing property, ranging from obtaining plots of land and financing through to all the necessary products to complete your project. Helifix products are on display on Stand No. 214 and are also featured in-situ in the full sized Renovation House.
